Attackers try to collect personal information or banking information


In this case, the e-mails appears to be from the delivery service Chronopost.

This message indicates that the carrier has attempted to deliver a package to the recipient or is awaiting instructions for its delivery and is asking to pay shipping or postage costs.

If you are uncertain about the authenticity of an email, do not hesitate to contact the entity that seems to have sent you the email using a safe communication manner, using the phone for example (no phone number from the untrusted email must be used in order to verify the authenticity).
